J23W external thread needle globe valve is an integral part of the instrument measurement pipeline system, the main needle globe valve and needle ball valve, its function is to open or cut off the pipeline path. The spool of the external thread needle globe valve is a very sharp cone, hence the name. Needle valve can be used in high pressure and high temperature pipeline media, but its nominal diameter is small.
External thread needle globe valve disc is usually integrated with the stem, it has a matching with the seat, needle shaped head. Moreover, the pitch of the stem thread of the external thread needle globe valve is finer than that of the ordinary stem thread of the globe valve. Under normal circumstances, the size of the seat hole of the external thread needle globe valve is smaller than the pipe size.
