TSS43H series natural gas trap dimensions
TSS43H series natural gas trap is a kind of automatic almost zero leakage trap, the product in the condition of no other power using float and lever balance principle to achieve gas water separation and automatic discharge of natural gas storage tank deposited water (liquid), no gas leakage in the discharge, water (liquid) process, can adapt to various working conditions, with good energy saving and environmental protection effects.
First, the functional characteristics of natural gas trap
1. Automatic continuous operation, water on the discharge, no water automatically closed, deposited water (liquid) discharge rate of 100%.
2. Tight gas resistance, no natural gas leakage, leakage rate is close to zero.
3. Automatic sedimentation of dirt, regular discharge, strong anti-pollution ability, no blocking phenomenon.

Four, model, specification, working parameters, installation size
TSS43H natural gas trap can drain liquid can be oil, water or condensate mixed liquid type (Table 1).
If the natural gas contains H2S gas, the sulfur-resistant natural gas trap should be selected, and "K" should be added before the model of the sulfur-resistant natural gas trap. Indicates that the model in () is the anti-sulfur trap of the corresponding model.

Five, natural gas trap selection method
1, the higher working pressure of the trap point should not exceed the upper limit value of the working pressure listed in Table 1, otherwise the trap may produce self-locking and cannot work.
2. The displacement listed in Table 1 refers to the continuous discharge for one hour when the corresponding working pressure upper limit is reached. The user should choose the displacement specifications in the table according to the actual working pressure and the non-uniformity of the liquid production amount according to the actual average hourly liquid production amount of 2-5 times. The larger the gap between the actual working pressure and the upper limit value, the more uneven the amount of liquid produced, and the larger the amount of liquid produced in a short period of time (referring to the stock to the liquid), the higher the displacement multiple is selected.
Six, installation
In the new well opening project, the installation of natural gas trap should be carried out after the completion of the main project, the completion of system pressure test and pipeline purging operations. If the pressure test and pipeline purge are carried out after the installation of the trap, the natural gas trap should be isolated from the system and the by-pass line should be enabled for purge to avoid contamination inside the trap.
