How it Works

1, the valve size is large, suitable for larger back pressure and will not leak steam, the discharged condensate is close to the steam pressure of saturated water, it is conducive to improve the valve equipment thermal efficiency and secondary steam utilization of energy saving features.
2. The valve rises with the condensate level, and when the float rises to 403mm from the bottom plane of the cover, the valve is fully opened so that a large amount of cold condensate is discharged into the water tank. When the float drops 113 mm, the valve is completely closed, and the condensate can not flow out, so that the stable limit of the float changes within the space range of 113-403 mm, so that the valve can only discharge air and water and high temperature condensate water, and prevent the superiority of steam leakage.
3, the valve is the use of condensate liquid level change and float up and down, can also be operated by the handle, so as to drive the lower part of the opening and closing device, open and close, to achieve the function of drainage and air blocking.
