Working principle
The internal structure of the liquid expansion trap is a stainless steel bellows as the main action element, which is filled with a liquid whose vaporization temperature is lower than the saturation temperature of water. When the device starts, the pipe appears cooling condensate water, the liquid in the bellows is in a condensing state, and the valve center is in the open position under the spring's elasticity. When the condensate temperature gradually rises, the liquid filled in the bellows begins to evaporate and expand, the internal pressure increases, the deformation and elongation drive the valve core to move in the direction of closing. Before the condensate reaches the saturation temperature, the trap is completely closed. There is always high temperature condensate before the valve, no steam leakage, and the energy saving effect is good.
