CS11H Free float trap product overview:
CS11H free float trap is based on the buoyancy principle to make the float ball in the valve body rise and fall with the change of condensate water level, so as to open or close the valve seat drain to form a drainage steam blocking action. When the equipment just starts to work, the air in the pipeline is discharged through the automatic or manual air exhaust device, and then the inflow of low-temperature condensate makes the float float up and leave the valve seat drain, the steam trap is opened, and the condensate is discharged. The temperature of the condensate discharge process gradually rises, the valve chamber heats up rapidly, and the air discharge valve is closed. Then the float ball will float up and down with the inflow of condensate water and realize the automatic discharge of condensate water with the change of condensate load. Once there is no inflow of condensate water, the float ball will drop with the level of condensate water by its own weight and contact with the discharge port of the valve seat to form a closed state, stop the discharge of condensate water and prevent steam from escaping.

The product end connection form is threaded, easy installation, simple structure, high sensitivity, continuous drainage, small steam leakage, and is divided into two kinds with automatic exhaust function and without automatic exhaust function, when the latter is selected, it is necessary to choose with heating static exhaust valve or set manual vent valve.

Working principle

According to the principle of buoyancy, the float ball in the test body moves up and down with the change of water level to achieve the valve opening and closing, that is, the function of water drainage and steam resistance.
