ZZYVP nitrogen seal valve

Nitrogen sealing valve (that is, nitrogen sealing device) is mainly used for constant nitrogen pressure control at the top of the storage tank to protect the materials in the tank from nitriding and the safety of the storage tank. The nitrogen sealing valve is composed of two parts: quick release valve and self-operated micro-pressure regulating valve. The quick relief valve is composed of a pressure controller and a single-seat cut-off valve.
When the pressure in the tank rises to the set pressure, the quick release valve opens quickly to release the excess pressure in the tank. When the pressure in the tank decreases, the micro-pressure regulator opens the valve and fills the tank with nitrogen. Nominal pressure 0.1Mpa, the pressure can be set according to the stage, from 0.5Kpa to 66Kpa below, medium temperature temperature ≤80ºC.
