ZZLP type self-operated flow control valve
is a kind of energy-saving control device that does not need external driving energy, relies on the pressure of the medium itself to be adjusted as the power source and its medium pressure support, and automatically adjusts according to the set value. The self-operated regulating valve it sets detection, control, execution of multi-function in a valve, into an instrument control side system. The self-operated flow regulating valve is composed of low flow resistance single seat (sleeve) valve body, pressure balancing part, conductor and actuator. It is a standard valve product.


Self-operated flow control valve product features:
1, self-operated flow control valve without additional drive energy saving automatic control system. Low equipment cost;
2, the regulating valve structure is simple. Maintenance workload is small;
3, the set point is adjustable and wide range. Convenient for users to continuously adjust the flow within the set range;
4, the pressure balance mechanism is used in the valve, so that the regulating valve is sensitive, accurate control, and the allowable pressure difference is large.
