ZMQ pneumatic film cutting valve is equipped with a multi-spring actuator, when the valve receives the adjustment instrument signal after closing, opening or changing the medium flow direction, to achieve the automatic control of pressure, flow, temperature or liquid level and other process parameters.

Pneumatic film cut-off valve adopts top guide structure, equipped with multi-spring actuator. It has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, fluid channel is streamlined S, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, convenient disassembly and so on.

The cut-off valve accepts the signal from the regulating instrument, and cuts off, opens or changes the flow direction of the medium to achieve automatic control of the process parameters such as pressure, flow rate and liquid level. Xuancheng valve body structure has a single seat, sleeve, double seat (two three-way) three kinds, sealing forms have packing seal and bellows seal two kinds, the nominal pressure grade of the product has PN10, 16, 40, 46 four kinds, nominal caliber range DN20 ~ 200mm. Applicable fluid temperature from -60 ~ 450ºC. The leakage grade is IV or VI. The flow characteristic is fast opening.

The multi-spring actuator and the regulating mechanism are connected with three vertical branches, the entire height can be reduced by about 30%, and the weight can be reduced by about 30%.

The valve body is designed according to the principle of fluid mechanics into a low flow resistance channel of equal section, and the number of rated flow systems increases by 30%.

The sealing part of the valve inner part has two kinds of tight and soft seal, Mingke tight type for surfacing cemented carbide, soft seal type for the production of quality materials, good sealing performance.

The balanced valve internals improve the allowable pressure difference of the cut-off valve.

The bellows seal form a complete seal to the moving stem, blocking the possibility of leakage of the medium.
