ZDRV electric V-type regulating valve

DRV electric V-type regulating ball valve is a rotary ball valve with a metal core seat or a metal polytetrafluoroethylene seal. It combines the best control characteristics of the ball valve and butterfly valve into one, which can be used as a control valve and a shut-off valve. Its main features are:
Details
(1) Integral body without any fittings, so it is not affected by pipe or bolt stress, and because the valve body does not have any fittings, the pressure housing is not affected by pressure "sudden change";
(2) With a V-shaped body, even in the case of small flow or high viscosity medium, it can also ensure the accuracy of control within the entire range;
(3) The leak-proof and durable valve seat is lined with PTFE cup or O-type sealing ring with stainless steel inner core at its outer diameter. The valve seat is made of tungsten cobalt carbide with a large section. The structure of the valve seat is further enhanced by an alloy corrugated spring;
(4) when the valve is closed, the wedge shear effect between the V-notch and the valve seat is generated, and it has the function of self-cleaning and can prevent the ball core from sticking, especially suitable for the pipeline scale freezing or containing fiber and particles solid occasions.
Suitable for high viscosity, suspension, pulp and other unclean, fibrous media occasions. The direct connection with the actuator has the advantages of compact structure, small size, light weight, small resistance, stable and reliable action, etc. According to user requirements, the actuator is equipped with UNIC, PSQ, HQ, DHL and other models of electronic electric actuator or GTX, AL and so on
