Electric control valve characteristics
[Balance valve/control valve] the principle is the anti-regulation in the valve body, when the pressure at the entrance increases, the diameter is automatically reduced to reduce the change of flow rate, and vice versa. If the reverse adjustment, this adjustment system does not work. And the valve plate that plays the regulating role is directional, and the reverse pressure can even reduce or even close the flow. Since the balancing valve is installed for better heating, there is no problem of reverse installation. If it is reverse installation, it is a human error, and of course it will be corrected. The balance valve belongs to the regulating valve category, its working principle is to change the gap between the valve core and the seat (that is, the opening), change the flow resistance of the fluid flowing through the valve, to achieve the purpose of regulating the flow rate.

(1) When the import pressure P1 rises, (P1-P2) increases, then the electric valve spool moves upward, so that the opening between P1 and P2 is reduced, and the spool pressure P2 is reduced; When the import pressure P1 is reduced, (P1-P2) is reduced, then the electric valve spool downward movement, so that the opening between P1 and P2 is increased, and the spool pressure P2 is increased. Therefore, no matter how the pressure of the system changes, through the adjustment of the electric valve spool, the pressure difference between P2 and P3 always remains unchanged. Therefore, the dynamic valve has strong anti-interference ability and dynamic balance function; (2) When the direct stroke electric actuator accepts the control signal to make the valve shaft extend A-B up and down (or the Angle stroke electric actuator accepts the control signal to make the valve shaft extend R to rotate), the opening between P2 and P3 also changes. Because no matter how the system pressure difference (P1-P3) changes, the pressure difference between P2 and P3 (P2-P3) is always the same, so corresponding to any opening position, the water flow rate is certain, and the actual flow characteristic curve of the electric control valve is consistent with its ideal flow characteristic curve, without deviation. Therefore, this kind of electric regulating valve has better regulating characteristics than the traditional electric regulating valve.
