Pneumatic fluorine lined valve use precautions

Pneumatic fluorine-lined valve is specially designed for controlling corrosive or highly corrosive media. The surface of the valve body cavity is covered with various fluorine plastics for selection, which has the characteristics of high strength and good corrosion resistance.

The pneumatic fluorine-lined valve is used with the actuator and has the dual functions of switching and flow regulation, which can conveniently open and close the gas path without affecting the flow rate and ensuring the repeatability of the flow rate. Slow opening reduces the impact of instantaneous pipeline pressure on the instrument.

Pneumatic fluorine-lined valve use precautions:

1, before use, carefully read the product instructions.

2. Use within the range of pressure, temperature and medium specified on the nameplate or in the manual.

3, for some media is unstable and easy to decompose (such as the decomposition of some media will cause volume expansion resulting in abnormal rise in working pressure) will cause valve damage or leakage, measures should be taken to eliminate or limit the factors causing the decomposition of unstable media. In the valve selection, the pneumatic fluorine-lined valve with automatic pressure relief device should be selected considering the change of working condition caused by unstable medium easy decomposition.

4, for the fluorine lined valve on the pipeline of toxic, flammable, explosive and highly corrosive media, it is strictly prohibited to replace the packing under pressure. Although fluorine-lined valves are designed to have an upper sealing function, it is not recommended to change the packing under pressure.

5, pneumatic fluorine lined valve in the process of use, fluorine plastic sealing surface due to soft texture, often due to medium crystallization, solid particles will damage the sealing surface, resulting in sealing leakage, timely repair or replacement of seals after discovery.
