ZPG-I automatic blowdown filter introduction

ZPG-I automatic blowdown filter has the advantages of small volume, large filter area, convenient operation and management. It can clean up the impurities in the medium, and can be used for the pretreatment of raw water in drinking water plants, the treatment of industrial water, the pretreatment and treatment of domestic water and the recovery of useful substances in industrial wastewater. Automatic sewage filter is composed of shell, stainless steel filter cylinder, impurity collection section, electric impurity discharge outlet, electric water flow steering butterfly valve, testing mechanism, actuator and control box. According to the installation type and the direction of water flow is divided into straight through type (ZPG-I) and Angle through type (ZPG-L) two.

ZPG-I automatic sewage filter working principle:

In normal operation, the diversion plate is open, and the water enters by the entrance and filters out the particles and impurities through the filter screen. In the filtration process, the filter gradually accumulates the impurities in the water, forming a filter impurity layer, because the impurity layer is accumulated in the inside of the filter screen, so a pressure difference is formed on both sides of the filter screen. When the pressure difference of the filter reaches a preset value, the cleaning process will begin, and the water supply will not stop. When cleaning, first close the middle of the reverse flow control plate, and then open the sewage valve to start the sewage, when the sewage outlet is cleared, close the sewage valve and open the diversion control plate to complete the sewage. The ZPG-L type should be installed on the right Angle bend, and the ZPG-I type should be installed on the horizontal or vertical pipe. When the straight-through vertical installation, the direction of water flow should be top-down, and the installation should pay attention to the direction of the arrow on the shell must be the same as the direction of water flow. In normal operation, the butterfly valve is in the open state, when it is necessary to blow down, close the butterfly valve, open the blowdown valve until the discharge water becomes clear, open the butterfly valve, that is, to complete the blowdown process.
