General principle


1. Entrance and exit paths
In principle, the inlet and outlet diameter of the filter should not be less than the inlet diameter of the matching pump, generally consistent with the inlet pipe caliber.
2, nominal pressure
Determine the pressure level of the filter according to the highest pressure that may appear in the filter line.
3, the selection of the number of holes
Mainly consider the particle size of the impurities to be intercepted, according to the medium process requirements. The particle size of various specifications can be intercepted by the screen check the following table "filter specifications".

4 Filter material
The material of the filter is generally the same as the material of the connected process pipe. For different service conditions, cast iron, carbon steel, low alloy steel or stainless steel filters can be considered.
5, filter resistance loss calculation
Water filter, in the general calculation of rated flow rate, the pressure loss is 0.52 ~ 1.2kpa

2, filtration accuracy: 10-480 mesh (general water network is 20-40 mesh, ventilation network is 40-100 mesh, oil network is 100-480 mesh)
3, working temperature: ≤90ºC
4, nominal diameter: DN25 -- DN600mm
5, nominal pressure: PN≤1.6Mpa (other working pressure can be designed according to user requirements)
6, flange standard: GB81-59 (can also be manufactured according to user requirements)
7, shell material: A3, 304, 304L, 316, 316L
8, sealing material: polytetrafluoroethylene, nitrile rubber, oil-resistant asbestos rubber

Installation and use


T-type filter can be installed horizontally or vertically, but it should be noted that the direction of water flow and the direction of the shell arrow should be consistent, and the direction of water flow is required to be top-down when vertical. [2]
