Special filter for oxygen

The oxygen filter is a special filter designed for the oxygen production network. The filter is composed OF a shunt cone and a filter pipe. The water thrust mainly plays a role in the gas shunt, thus avoiding the rupture of the filter caused by the front. Gas filter is widely used in industrial production department of gas filtration, such as: air, nitrogen, oxygen and other gas filtration.
Working principle
Magnetic materials are placed near the filter device OF oxygen special filter. In this way, before filtering, the iron particles mixed in the oxygen stream can be adsorbed on the magnet, which is conducive to purifying oxygen, avoiding iron particles blocking or damaging the filter device, and more importantly, can effectively avoid these iron particles and the filter surface impact friction, so as to ensure the use of oxygen filters.

4. According to the process requirements, different filtration accuracy can be selected, generally 60 ~ 100 mesh/inch is appropriate.
5, this product in the factory strictly according to the degreasing process cleaning, oil removal and rust, the user can be directly installed with the pipeline after operation.
