Working principle

When the liquid enters the filter basket through the cylinder, the solid impurity particles are blocked in the filter basket, and the clean fluid passes through the filter basket and is discharged by the filter outlet. When it is necessary to clean, unscrew the screw plug at the bottom of the main pipe, drain the fluid, remove the flange cover, and reload it after cleaning. Therefore, the use and maintenance is extremely convenient.

Scope of application

Its main applicable materials are:
1, chemical, petrochemical production of weakly corrosive materials, such as: water, oil, ammonia, hydrocarbons and so on.
2. Corrosive materials in chemical production, such as caustic soda, soda ash, concentrated sulfuric acid, carbonic acid, aldehyde acid, etc.
3. Low temperature materials in refrigeration, such as liquid methane, liquid ammonia, liquid oxygen and various coolants.
4, food, pharmaceutical production of hygiene requirements of the material, such as: beer, beverages, dairy products, syrup, etc.

Maintenance

1, the core part of the filter is the filter core, the filter core is composed of the filter frame and stainless steel wire mesh, stainless steel wire mesh is suitable for loss, need special protection;
2, when the filter works for a period of time, the filter core precipitates a certain amount of impurities, then the pressure drop increases, the flow rate will decrease, need to remove the impurities in the filter core in time;
3. When cleaning impurities, pay special attention to the stainless steel wire mesh on the filter core can not be deformed or damaged, otherwise, the filter installed again, the purity of the filtered medium can not meet the design requirements, and the compressor, pump, instrument and other equipment will be destroyed;
4. If the stainless steel wire mesh is found deformed or damaged, it needs to be replaced immediately.
