(1) Shell:

(2) Inner liner:
Cylindrical container welded from carbon steel or stainless steel sheet (diameter of 400 ~ 600mm); The inner and outer walls are polished and chrome-plated; The bottom of the inner cavity is provided with water channels and drainage devices, in order to clean the internal dirt and impurities.
(3) Filter plate:
A porous mesh structure made of stainless steel wire; The thickness of the filter plate according to the use of different occasions to choose 0.2, 0.3 or 0.4mm specification size is appropriate (special conditions can be customized according to user needs), the filter plate and the clamping mechanism of the connection using special bolts fixed reliable; The edge of the filter plate should be smooth without edges and corners, so as not to damage the sealing surface and cause leakage.
(4) Pressing mechanism:
A mechanical device used to press the filter element on the shell and the filter element is in close contact with the shell without falling off; Generally using hydraulic transmission mode for operation control, when the pressure of the hydraulic system reaches the rated value, it automatically stops working and carries out the protection measures of oil drainage and pressure reduction.
