The butterfly valve adopts stainless steel "U" type sealing ring, which has a certain elasticity no matter in the case of high temperature and low temperature, it has excellent sealing with the butterfly plate. The three dimensional eccentricity of the butterfly valve, after strict calculation, the "U" type sealing ring and the butterfly plate almost no friction, long service life, and has the function of the tighter the closer. The sealing surface of the butterfly plate adopts surfacing welding cobalt-based cemented carbide, which is wear-resistant and has long service life. The butterfly valve has unique structure, and the "switch" can be completed only by turning the stem 90°. The operation is flexible, convenient, labor-saving, not affected by the medium pressure, and the sealing performance is reliable. High temperature, low temperature and corrosion resistance. The elastic hard seal butterfly valve adopts a "U" type stainless steel sealing ring, the precision elastic sealing ring and the polished butterfly plate three-dimensional eccentric contact. It solves the problem that the sealing surface of the traditional eccentric butterfly valve is still in the sliding contact friction when opening and closing 0° ~ 10°, and realizes the effect that the sealing surface of the butterfly plate is separated when opening and the contact is closed, so as to extend the service life and achieve the purpose of better sealing performance. Therefore, it is widely used in the medium temperature ≤550ºC metallurgy, electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, air, gas, combustible gas and water supply and drainage and other corrosive medium pipelines, is the best device to regulate the flow and cut off the fluid.  when the valve is opened, the butterfly plate and the valve seat in close instant contact, the use of the butterfly plate eccentric 1, eccentric 2 quickly out of the valve seat, reduce the wear of the sealing pair, small friction torque, open flexible. Eccentric cone 3, so that when the valve is opened or closed, the butterfly plate can pass through the valve seat hole to achieve contact sealing. In addition, the rotation radius of the conical butterfly plate is greater than the rotation radius of the contact position of the sealing pair, so the butterfly plate will be more and more tightly closed when the valve is closed, which can realize self-locking and prevent the butterfly plate from overpositioning.
